Devhd – a company dedicated to innovative digital transformation solutions through the ServiceNow platform, reaffirmed its commitment to the community in 2024 by supporting several social causes. Thus, the company is currently carrying out a series of actions aimed at supporting three initiatives, promoted by local foundations.
“At Devhd, we believe that the success of a company is measured not only by the technological innovation it brings, but also by the positive impact it has on the community. Our commitment to various social causes reflects our fundamental values – compassion, solidarity and the desire to contribute to a better society. By supporting these causes, we aim to be a catalyst for positive change”, says Adrian Herdan, Founder and CEO of Devhd.
The Devhd team has been involved in social actions targeting elder people, children, and abandoned animals.
Devhd joined the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation’s mission to support families in need and will offer help to the siblings Ana, Mihai and Mona from Mizil, three children enrolled in the national assistance program “Special Fund for Children”. Thus, the company will purchase household and hygiene products for the children’s family, made up of four adults and three children, facing a difficult financial situation.
Another action with social impact is scheduled for December 18. In collaboration with the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation, the Devhd team will contribute to the initiative of providing 100 packages of food and hygiene products for seniors in Bucharest. This action is part of a larger effort, coordinated by the Foundation, which aims to support elderly people in difficulty and bring them a little joy before Christmas Eve.
Abandoned animals, in the care of the Negri’s place Association, also receives help from Devhd team. Negri’s place Association’s volunteers take care of over 200 abandoned or abused animals (dogs and cats). The association is facing a special situation, as in December they were evicted from the space they had arranged for the animals and are now looking for a relocation solution. The funds received from Devhd will help them support the expenses related to feeding and vaccinating stray animals.
“For us, community involvement is not just a one-time initiative, but a long-term commitment. In 2023, we supported social projects that brought concrete benefits to local communities, and in 2024 we consolidated these efforts. Looking to the future, we enthusiastically assume the responsibility to continue this journey in 2025”, Adrian Herdan also stated.
