Revolut has announced three new enhancements to its in-app security hub, Revolut Secure, to further protect its retail customers from theft and fraud.
Designed to give customers that extra bit of peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that their money remains secure in an ever-evolving digital landscape, Revolut has developed these advancements in response to the recent rise in phone snatching across major cities and the continued threat of phishing scams, which plague the financial service sector more generally.
These threats have strong repercussions across the financial sector, and are just two of the reasons why Revolut is implementing these new security measures, specifically targeting unauthorised fraud, which occurs when a transaction is made by a third party without the consent of the account holder.
