Cargus, one of the largest courier companies in Romania, saw a significant increase in delivery
volumes in the first months of 2025, driven by strong demand determined by both the sales season and also from events such as Valentine’s Day and Dragobete.
Deliveries in categories like fashion, beauty products, IT accessories, chocolates and handmade items increased by 30% compared to a normal period. During this busy period, more than 2,200 Cargus couriers covered approximately 7 million kilometres, ensuring an average delivery time of no more than 24 hours for over 90% of shipments.
At the same time, the deliveries in the Cargus SHIP & GO network, which offers flexible collection options at more than 2,000 locations, saw a 25% increase over the same period last year, further strengthening Cargus position as a trusted partner in e-commerce.
