Advansor, a leader in sustainable climate solutions, today announced the launch of its latest innovation, the new SteelXL, a new industrial giant designed to provide comprehensive cooling, freezing, air-conditioning, and heating in one for industrial use.
The new SteelXL sets a new standard in climate technology with its integrated approach and high capacity. Being configurable to fit any need the system is designed for high energy-efficiency and sustainability, requiring fewer units for installation and maintenance, thus reducing both investment and operational costs. Notably, it operates entirely on the natural refrigerant CO2, eliminate the need for fossil fuels and is fully compliant with the updated EU F-Gas regulation, underscoring Advansor’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
High Capacity and Performance
The new SteelXL boasts impressive capabilities within a single frame, delivering cooling power of 2,7 MW, freezing capacity of 1,9 MW, air-conditioning at 0,5 MW, and heating up to 4 MW. Facilities requiring greater capacity can scale up to 50 MW or more in parallel, ensuring adaptability for various industries like for instance food processing, distribution centres and pharmaceutical industry.
Energy Efficiency at its Core
Advansor’s SteelXL leads the market with its enhanced mechanical design with improved piping which significantly reduce pressure loss and thereby increase energy efficiency. Incorporating the latest energy-saving technologies, such as Advansor ejector, Liquid Power Cooler, and Ultra-Low Superheat, the SteelXL demonstrates unmatched efficiency in its operations.
Configurable and designed for 25 years life time
Understanding the diverse needs of the industrial sector, the new SteelXL is highly configurable with multiple options and combinations to meet all demands. All components and options are calculated, tested and validated individually and in combination according to vibrations, noise, assembly, high temperatures and high pressure demands, and the whole product is CE-marked and I/O tested.
The lifetime of the new product depends on many factors, but where possible it is designed for 25 years lifetime and includes enhanced paint quality, optimized mechanical design and robust industrial components.
Minimized Length and Easy installation
With a design focus on space efficiency, the SteelXL features a minimized length to fit into more compact machinery rooms. No safety risk management is required, so it can be placed directly next to the facilities where needed.
To ensure a stable construction that is easy to handle with a crane and forklift, the frame is fully welded, with all functions and options integrated within it and the electrical panel mounted on it.
All controllers are fully programmed from factory and documented for fast and easy installation.
