Vodafone Romania is for the fourth year in a row the main partner of the biggest gaming event in Romania – Bucharest Gaming Week (BGW) -, ensuring the internet connection for over 10,000 professional gamers, streamers, content creators and video game enthusiasts attending online and offline tournaments, workshops and game launches.
In addition to internet connection, Vodafone is present at this edition of BGW with booths where fans of esports and other video games genres will be able to play the most popular titles on desktop and console, meet their favorite streamers and compete with the most titled gamers and content creators in tournaments with prizes. The gaming week runs until Sunday, November 13, and will culminate with the events scheduled at the Palace of Parliament.

“Stumble Guys” multiplayer fans are welcome on Saturday 12th November from 12.30 – 2.00 pm on the center stage to compete against Good Gaming League formed by IceManLucky, Gannicus96, Mădălin and Zasami in tournament with prizes sponsored by Vodafone. The Stumble Guys tournament will continue with 1vs1 sessions on smartphones at Vodafone booth no. 19, under the arbitration of Mădălin, between 2.00 – 3.00 pm. Until 4.00 pm, the master of ceremonies at the Vodafone booth will be Gannicus96, in a Minecraft 1vs1 competition with prizes.
Meets and greets with the fans and competitions at the Vodafone booth continue on Sunday, with Antonia challenging gamers in 1vs1 sessions of Valorant, between 2.00-4.00 pm, followed by CS:GO 1v1 with Jaxi, from 4.00 to 6.00 pm.
The gaming sessions will be complemented by talks, photo and autographs sessions with the idols. Also, at Vodafone stand 19, BGW participants will be able to interact with Vodafone technology available in the EasyTech platform: electronis, smartphones and accessories, and to access Black Friday offers available on vodafone.ro and in the My Vodafone application.
For this Bucharest Gaming Week edition Vodafone has also set up a playroom for console gaming fans at booth no. 10 where they will have Playstation 5 and the following titles to play: Lego Brawls, Lego Bricktales, NBA 2K23, FIFA23, Overwatch 2, NHL 2023, MultiVersus Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway, Gotham Knights, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Sonic Frontiers, WRC Generations, Pac-Man World Re-Pac , God of War.
On both days, between 12:00 to 2:00 pm, the participants will have gaming systems available for free sessions at Vodafone playroom.
